How to create an account on Mélimélo?
To create an account, click on the "My Account" icon, then on the "Create an account" link. Enter your personal information (name, email, password), then validate the registration. A confirmation email will be sent to you to activate your account.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot your password?" on the login page. Enter your email address and follow the instructions sent by email to reset your password.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes, at Mélimélo, the security of your data is a priority. All your personal information is protected and is only used to manage your orders, in accordance with our privacy policy.
Can I view my order history?
Yes, by logging into your account, you can access the "Order History" section to see all the purchases you have made on Mélimélo.
Is it possible to save multiple shipping addresses in my account?
Yes, you can save multiple shipping addresses in the "Addresses" section of your account. This allows you to quickly select the desired address when placing an order.
Order
How to place an order on the Mélimélo website?
To place an order, browse our product catalog, add the desired items to your cart, and then click "Checkout." Follow the instructions to complete your purchase, selecting your shipping and payment options.
How do I know if my order has been taken into account?
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your items and shipping information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I modify or cancel my order after confirming it?
It is possible to modify or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Contact us quickly via our contact form to make the necessary changes.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You will then be able to follow the progress of your package in real time.
What should I do if I haven't received my order confirmation email?
If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please first check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact our customer service to check the status of your order.
How do I use a promo code when ordering?
When placing your order, simply enter your promo code in the field provided on the payment page. The discount will automatically be applied to the total amount of your order.
Product and pre-order
What is a pre-order at Mélimélo?
Pre-ordering allows you to purchase certain unique products that we do not permanently stock. When you place a pre-order, we order the item directly from our suppliers. This may result in a delivery time of 2-4 weeks, but in return, you receive a 10% discount on these items.
Is there any benefit to pre-ordering?
Yes! To thank you for your patience, we are offering a 10% discount on pre-order items. This discount is automatically applied at checkout.
What happens if my order contains both in-stock and pre-order items?
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship everything together as soon as the pre-order item is available. If you need the in-stock items faster, please contact us and we will work out a solution.
When will I receive my pre-order item?
Delivery times for pre-order items are generally between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the brand and product. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order and you will receive a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
What if I need my item faster?
If you have an emergency and need to receive your in-stock items before the pre-order items, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to offer you a suitable solution.
Payment methods
What payment methods are accepted at Mélimélo?
We accept a wide range of secure payment methods, including Bancontact, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Paypal. You can choose the payment method that suits you when finalizing your order.
Is it possible to pay in installments?
Currently, we do not offer the option to pay in installments. However, you can use one of the available payment methods, such as PayPal or a credit card.
Shipping and transportation
What are the delivery times for my order?
Delivery times depend on your location and product availability. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours. If a longer shipping time is expected, this will be indicated on the product sheet, or you will be notified by email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress in real time.
What are the shipping costs for my country?
Shipping costs depend on your country of residence. For example, for Belgium, the costs start at €6.75 EUR, while for France, they start at €11.45 EUR. For other European countries, the rates vary between €16.50 and €35.00 EUR.

Can I use my own carrier to arrange a collection at my expense?
Yes, it is possible. To do this, select the "Collection in workshop" option when placing your order and inform us of your wish in the comments.
We will then contact you to arrange collection with your carrier or drop off the package at a post office point.
Does Mélimélo offer CO2 neutral delivery options?
Yes, Mélimélo offers CO2-neutral deliveries for all parcels in Belgium. This is made possible thanks to our partnership with bpost, which offsets the CO2 emissions associated with sending your parcels by supporting ecological projects. In this way, each shipment contributes to a more sustainable future.
Return and Refund
How do I return an item if I am not satisfied?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You must notify us by email in advance, before returning the item to us in its original and unused condition, with all possible accessories, and in its original packaging.
Return costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or does not correspond to your order.
What products cannot be returned?
Products sealed for hygiene reasons (such as cosmetics or underwear) cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened.
Customized or special order products are also not eligible for returns.
What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a return or refund at no extra cost, once the product is returned.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once the items are returned and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. The time frame may vary depending on your bank or payment method.
Please note that the refund will be made via the same payment method used when placing your order.
